HCB Solar manages a large volume of warranty enquiries throughout the Greater Newcastle Region. For inverter related issues, we recommend reaching out directly to the support team of your inverter manufacturer. These manufacturers can often provide faster assistance through remote diagnostics and can identify hardware failures covered under your product warranty.

Please note that HCB Solar is no longer accepting requests for general servicing, cleaning, or maintenance. We are now exclusively processing warranty claims for our existing customers.
